Each cottage is self-contained, with its own kitchen, terrace and gazebo. Only the yard with the pool, sauna and games room is shared. Coming as a bigger group? Book several cottages together. They sleep 34 guests in total.

After a day out there's no need to drive anywhere. Everything in the shared yard is free for our guests, except the Finnish sauna, which is €10 per session.

Right in the middle of Liptov
Nižné Malatíny lies between Ružomberok and Liptovský Mikuláš at the foot of the Low Tatras. The Choč Mountains rise to the north and Liptovská Mara lake lies to the east. Most trips are within 40 minutes by car.

How much does it cost to stay at the farmstead?
The apartment is from €60, Na Stráni Cottage from €100, and Sýpka and Drevenica from €140 per night for the whole cottage. The minimum stay is 2 nights. The exact price depends on your dates and number of guests; we'll send it in reply to your enquiry.
Are the pool and sauna included?
The pool and the games room with billiards, table tennis and table football are free for all guests of the farmstead. The Finnish sauna costs €10 per session.
Can we bring a dog?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Just mention it in your enquiry. Be warned that the yard is guarded by two cats, Rišo and Mišo.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00, or earlier by arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00.

Which airport is closest?
Poprad-Tatry airport is about an hour's drive away. Košice airport is about 2 hours away, Kraków and Bratislava about 3 hours. Ružomberok and Liptovský Mikuláš railway stations are on the Žilina – Košice main line.
How far is it to Bešeňová, Tatralandia and Jasná?
By car, roughly: Bešeňová 15 minutes, Tatralandia 20 minutes, the Demänovská caves 35 minutes, Jasná 40 minutes. Ružomberok and Liptovský Mikuláš are both about 20 minutes away.
Can a larger group rent the whole farmstead?
Yes. Together the four cottages sleep 34 guests and share one yard with the pool, sauna and games room. Ideal for family reunions and celebrations.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi?
Parking by the cottage is free and cleared of snow in winter. All cottages have Wi-Fi.
